Cooking with TG

1. Liability & Allergy Waiver

By booking a class with TG Cooks LLC, you acknowledge that you are participating in a cooking class involving food preparation and consumption. You understand the risks associated with food allergies and dietary restrictions and agree to inform TG Cooks LLC of any relevant conditions prior to the class.

You acknowledge that participation in a cooking class involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of kitchen equipment, exposure to heat, and potential for cuts or burns. You voluntarily assume all such risks and release TG Cooks LLC, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability related to allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects arising from participation. It is your responsibility to disclose all food allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Due to limited class size, we follow a structured cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all participants.

• 72+ hours before class: Full refund.
• 24–72 hours before class: 50% refund.
• Within 24 hours of class: No refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

You may reschedule your booking once at no cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the class, subject to availability.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled booking will be offered.

3. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional and marketing purposes by TG Cooks LLC. By agreeing to the media consent checkbox during booking, you grant TG Cooks LLC permission to use your likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials.

4. Communication

By providing your email address and phone number, you may opt in to receive booking confirmations, class updates, and promotional communications from TG Cooks LLC via email or SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us directly.

5. Group Bookings

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all participants in their group are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions, including the liability waiver and allergy disclosure requirements.

6. Health & Safety

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the class. TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual who poses a safety risk to themselves or others, without refund.

7. Payment & Chargebacks

By completing a booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting TG Cooks LLC to attempt resolution. You acknowledge that your booking, agreement to these terms, and attendance or reserved seat constitute valid authorization of the charge, including for payment processors and financial institutions. All refund requests will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in Section 2.

8. Force Majeure

TG Cooks LLC shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, illness, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, participants will be offered rescheduling or credit.

9. Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Late Arrivals

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the class and are not eligible for refunds or partial credits.

11. Experience Disclaimer

This is a hands-on cooking experience. TG Cooks LLC does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or skill levels. Individual results may vary based on participation, experience, and personal ability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TG Cooks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in any class or use of services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Right to Refuse Service

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TG Cooks LLC regarding your participation in classes and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

16. Transfers

Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by TG Cooks LLC.

17. Minimum Participants

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if a minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
