Cooking with TG

1. Program Overview

The TG Cooks Affiliate Program allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to TG Cooks LLC cooking classes. Affiliates receive a unique referral code and link that tracks bookings made through their referrals.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and be approved by TG Cooks LLC. Approval is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. Each affiliate account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Referral Codes & Links

Each Affiliate is assigned a unique referral code that can be customized within the program guidelines (3–20 characters, lowercase alphanumeric and hyphens only). Referral codes must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe on any trademark.

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to reject or reassign any referral code at its discretion.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on each qualifying booking made using their referral code. The default commission rate is 15% of the total booking amount, unless a different rate has been agreed upon in writing.

Commissions are earned only after the referred booking has been completed (i.e., the class has occurred) and the payment is no longer subject to refund, cancellation, or dispute.

• Commissions are calculated on the total amount paid by the customer at the time of booking.
• Self-referrals (using your own code for your own bookings) are not eligible for commission.

5. Commission Payouts

Commissions are tracked in your affiliate dashboard in real time. Payouts are processed on a monthly basis for the prior month’s confirmed earnings. TG Cooks LLC will coordinate payout method and schedule directly with each affiliate.

A minimum payout threshold of $50 must be reached before commissions are eligible for payout. Balances below $50 will roll over to the following month.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. TG Cooks LLC is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions for any bookings that are refunded, cancelled, disputed, or deemed invalid for any reason.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates agree not to:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to promote referral links.
• Misrepresent TG Cooks LLC, its classes, pricing, or policies.
• Bid on TG Cooks branded keywords in paid search advertising without prior written approval.
• Use coupon, cashback, or incentive sites to distribute referral codes without approval.
• Create fake bookings or engage in any form of fraud to inflate commissions.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use TG Cooks LLC’s name and approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting referral links. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from TG Cooks LLC branding without written permission.

8. Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of TG Cooks LLC. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, the affiliate’s referral code will be deactivated. Earned commissions for completed bookings prior to termination will still be paid out in accordance with Section 5.

10. Modifications

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TG Cooks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by the affiliate in the 12 months preceding any claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on commissions earned. TG Cooks LLC may require tax documentation (such as a W-9) prior to issuing payments and may issue applicable tax forms as required by law.

14. Tracking & Attribution

TG Cooks LLC uses tracking systems to attribute referrals. We are not responsible for tracking errors, technical issues, or cases where a referral is not properly recorded. Final determination of commission eligibility is at our sole discretion.

15. No Guarantee of Earnings

TG Cooks LLC makes no guarantees regarding the amount of income an Affiliate may earn. Earnings depend on individual effort, referrals, and market conditions.

16. No Employment or Benefits

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not constitute employment with TG Cooks LLC. Affiliates are not entitled to any wages, benefits, insurance, or protections associated with employment.

17. Right to Reject Referrals

TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to reject or disqualify any referral or booking from commission eligibility at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
