Student Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 20, 2026
By participating in the TG Cooks LLC Student Ambassador Program, the participant and their parent or legal guardian agree to the following terms and conditions. For the Affiliate Program (18+), see the Affiliate Program Terms.
1. Program Overview
The TG Cooks Student Ambassador Program allows high school students to earn rewards by referring friends and classmates to TG Cooks LLC cooking classes. Ambassadors share their name or referral identifier, and earn rewards when referred individuals complete a booking.
2. Eligibility
Individuals aged 16–17 may participate in the TG Cooks Student Ambassador Program with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Any rewards or payments to minors may be issued to a parent or legal guardian at the sole discretion of TG Cooks LLC.
Enrollment is subject to approval by TG Cooks LLC and may be revoked at any time for any reason.
3. Reward Structure
Student Ambassadors earn rewards based on the number of friends who complete a booking through their referral:
- 1 friend: $10 credit toward a future class
- 3 friends: One free class (valued up to $85)
- 5 friends: $50 reward (gift card or payment to parent/guardian)
- 10+ friends: VIP status — free classes, priority booking, and social media shoutout
Rewards are earned only after the referred booking has been completed (i.e., the class has occurred) and the payment is no longer subject to refund, cancellation, or dispute.
TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to modify the reward structure at any time. Active Ambassadors will be notified of any changes.
4. How Referrals Work
Referred individuals must indicate the Ambassador’s name or code at the time of booking. TG Cooks LLC will track referrals and notify Ambassadors when rewards are earned.
Self-referrals (booking for yourself using your own name or code) are not eligible for rewards.
5. Parent / Guardian Consent
A parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent for the minor’s participation. By consenting, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the participant and assumes responsibility for the participant’s conduct within the program.
The parent or guardian may withdraw consent and terminate the Ambassador’s participation at any time by contacting TG Cooks LLC.
6. Prohibited Activities
Student Ambassadors agree not to:
- Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to promote referrals.
- Misrepresent TG Cooks LLC, its classes, pricing, or policies.
- Create fake bookings or engage in any form of fraud to inflate rewards.
- Share referral information in a way that is harassing, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending rewards.
7. No Employment or Benefits
Participation in the Student Ambassador Program does not constitute employment with TG Cooks LLC. Ambassadors are not entitled to any wages, benefits, insurance, or protections associated with employment.
8. Right to Reject Referrals
TG Cooks LLC reserves the right to reject or disqualify any referral from reward eligibility at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
9. Tracking & Attribution
TG Cooks LLC uses tracking systems to attribute referrals. We are not responsible for tracking errors, technical issues, or cases where a referral is not properly recorded. Final determination of reward eligibility is at our sole discretion.
10. Termination
Either party (including the parent/guardian) may terminate participation at any time and for any reason. Earned rewards for completed referrals prior to termination will still be honored.
11. Limitation of Liability
TG Cooks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Student Ambassador Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards earned by the Ambassador.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
